Executive Director, Managing Director
Phil is a professional civil engineer with over 35 years of post-graduate experience and over 20 years in the steel and concrete remediation industry.
As Managing Director of Duratec, he is responsible for the overall management of the company, Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ), strategic planning and business development.
Executive Director, General Manager
Chris is General Manager of Duratec and has qualifications in quantity surveying and construction management, after almost 20 years in the remediation industry.
He is responsible for tendering, negotiations, development of strategic planning and general management of the company.
Executive Director, Operations Manager
Deane is Operations Manager of Duratec and has over 30 years of remediation contracting experience in both the resources and large commercial building industries.
He is responsible for project tendering and overseeing operations statewide.
Mike is a civil engineer by profession and is a Fellow of both Engineers Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He worked for over 20 years with a major Australian consulting firm, including 9 years as CEO. He has wide experience in a range of engineering projects, including land subdivisions, resource projects, civil infrastructure and building works. He now works in a variety of Board and corporate governance roles within both the commercial and not-for-profit sectors.
Mike has particular interests in corporate strategy, leading and managing growth, risk management and overall corporate governance.
Gavin is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), Chartered Secretary and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has over 20 years of financial and commercial management experience in various industries, including manufacturing, utilities and civil construction.
As Executive Chairman of Ertech Holdings, Gavin is responsible for corporate strategy and business planning, risk management, compliance, and the financial performance of the Group.
James has a civil engineering background with construction, consultancy and geotechnical experience in Australia and the UK. He has overseen the successful delivery of some of the company’s largest projects including Wheatstone General Services 3, Gorgon Site Development and WAPET Landing, Utah Point Berth Project, and Ravensthorpe Nickel Project.
As Chief Executive Officer, James is responsible for leading Ertech with a focus on increasing the capacity, operational performance and profitability across all business units.
