Completed in 1992, 152 St Georges Terrace – the Central Park building – is the tallest office tower in Perth.
It comprises a 51 level office tower of approximately 66,500m with on-site tenant and public car parking for 1,025 vehicles. The tip of the tower is 249 metres above the ground.
Duratec was engaged to clean, treat and paint the alpolic panels at the parapet levels to the north-west elevation signage facades of the building.
Over many years of weathering and UV exposure the signage had imprinted on the panels and required re-coating for a seamless aesthetic appearance.
- Works were planned around wind and weather conditions to allow spraying of the panels.
- Safety procedures and systems were implemented to provide confidence and assurance to the client that the works could be completed on time, without incident.
- Facade Refurbishments
- Cladding Replacement
- High Performance Coatings
