Major facade refurbishment project for the owners of Ellement Apartments at 996 Hay Street.

The award followed on from an initial technical survey performed by Duratec in 2013.
The project involved facade refurbishment to the main tower and town house apartment complex, before the application of an architectural membrane.
Utilising mast climbers, swing stages, fixed scaffold gantries and rope access personnel, the entire facade underwent a program to rectify render and concrete defects to restore the building to the original design and specification.
Duratec also provided waterproofing to the pool deck area and underground car park. All windows were resealed while access was in place and an integrity survey was performed on the structural columns.
